Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. All items are sold as-is, and condition reports are provided at the time of purchase.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped using appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom orders, items that have been altered or modified, and items that cannot be resold due to health or safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
